What is Anxiety?
Anxiety is a natural emotion that is experienced by every single human being. Anxiety is in and of itself, neither inherently good nor bad. It is just part of being human. In fact, we know that in many instances anxiety can be a good thing. It can actually enhance performance; it can make it easier to do your job be it in a classroom or corporation, or even on a soccer field. Anxiety up to a certain level improves performance. However, beyond this level, when anxiety is experienced as very intense or frequent, it can interfere with a person’s life, family and daily activities.
